Gonza40 updates!

Well well.. its been a long time since I post something in this blog.
So today I shall update all of you about what I had been doing for the past few months.
So, I guess you all know that I was married last Dec..But none of you came! Beijing trip was an excuse to escape from my wedding yah. Haha~ (Juz joking lah..)
But wanna thank you for meeting up for lunch, Ray & Irene! And the blessings you gave via sms. *Smile*
After the wedding, I headed back to work that monday.. Oh well yes, I went back to work. Only headed off for my wedding the following week.
Had a 2 week honeymoon to Korea & Hong Kong with a day trip to Shenzhen and Macau.
Well, of course the vacation was really great.. snowing on the 1st day when we arrived in Korea. Nice~ Cold weather and I simply love it!

Skiing at Yongpyong ski resort was really fun! Weather was a freezing minus 17 degrees! Haha~
Even though I've been to Korea thrice, touring almost the same places each trip. But each trip is always a new experience. =)
Hong Kong trip was good for me.. I must say it really offers good retail therapy for women. haha~ In my opinion , I didn't really buy ALOT. We decided to take up the half day trip in Hong Kong since its quite cheap -- HK60 inclusive of lunch. But felt cheated at the end of it because the lunch was not good at all and we had to oblige paying for the breakfast (SGD 12 per pax) that was supposed to be good.
And mind you, there's a professional cameraman who will snap pictures for you even on half day tours and then charge you HKD 175 (Appx SGD 35) for a picture pasted on a porcelain plaque. Yikes~ I insisted on not buying even after much pestering.
Even though this was my third time to Hong Kong.. it was the first unpleasant encounter with this kind of pushy salesman. *Totally pissed*
We ended the trip at Macau and we find this place quite nice. As its somewhat like Hong Kong, minus the crowds. There's a new place which I really like -- Fisherman's Wharf which has 4 theme parks -- Tang Dynasty, Europe, Aladdin & Dinosaur land. Whats more, its open to the public free of charge where you can take a leisure walk, sit down at the cafe and snap some pictures.. really cool! This place is juz next to Sands Casino, near the pier. Okies, so much for my honeymoon trip..
After coming back for 2 mths, I went to Melbourne with my family during chinese new year. It was a great road trip as I planned the trip with my sister.
There was not much difficulty getting around places though we do get lost finding our accomodation. =)
Some nice places explored -- Ballarat, Great Ocean Road (A very nice scenic drive), 12 Apostles, Apollo Bay, Penguin Parade, Arthurs Seat, Mornington Peninsula etc etc.
Weather was of course sunny as it was summer.. but we don't even sweat! Cos' the air is dry... and cool winds at times. Ya, its my 3rd trip to Mel as well.. But still the same words -- Juz different feeling and experince each time.
I'm wishing for another trip soon! Hahaha~
