卤汁,卤肉,卤鸡蛋

I am trying my hands on a new found bottle of Chicken marinate sauce or 卤汁. I have to try it out with pork belly pieces, eggs, chilli and tau pok. The ingredients are all in a claypot at home now. I have done some of the cooking and now have left it to simmer in the heat retained in the claypot once I turned off the heat.

Also got You Tiao "油炸鬼" from the market. So I will be able to make Bak Kut Teh with the You Tiao "油炸鬼"! I have also been simmering a pot of peanuts overnight. There are some very yummy cans of salted vege at home. Yum yum! Can't wait to get home.
